TERMS & CONDITIONS (TROPICANA POWER UP CAMPAIGN)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE TROPICANA POWER UP CAMPAIGN AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING LEGAL TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS CAMPAIGN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PROCEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN. -

A. BASIC TERMS

Name of the Campaign: TROPICANA POWER UP

1. Eligible Participants of the Campaign must be Malaysians aged 18 and above at the time of entry into the Campaign.

2. Participants must not be on the verge of bankruptcy, or holding status as a bankrupt.

3. The Tropicana POWER UP incentives are applicable for bookings made until 30 September 2022.

4. The SPA must be signed within 45 days from the booking date for the purchaser to be entitled to any of the incentives (applicable to selected projects and properties in Table 1) below:

a. The Free Loan Documentation coverage (where applicable based on selected projects and properties). The other incidental costs which are excluded in our campaign have to be borne by the purchaser.

b. The Free MOT Stamp Duty (where applicable based on selected projects and properties) excludes all legal fees & disbursement charges, which have to be borne by the purchaser.

c. The SPA Signing incentive (where applicable based on selected projects and properties) will be given in a form of rebate, to be offset as a credit note in Stage 1 upon SPA signing.

5. By participating in this Campaign, purchaser agrees to be bound by all the terms & conditions stated.

6. The deals under the Tropicana Power Up campaign is applicable for selected products and properties only as per Table 1 below:
