BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS CAMPAIGN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PROCEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN.

B) ELIGIBILITY
1. Eligible Participants
- Eligible Participant(s) must be of legal age (eighteen [18] years and above) at the time of entry into the Campaign ("Eligible Participant(s)"), and;
- Have a valid Malaysian NRIC (for Malaysians) or a valid passport (for foreign purchasers)
2. Unqualified Participants
- Employees of Tropicana Group of Companies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members
- Representatives, related companies, and business partners (including advertising, promotion, and PR agencies)
- Any person who may bring disrepute to the Organiser or Campaign
- Bankrupt persons or those under criminal investigation
- Any other person deemed ineligible by the Organiser
C) HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Register interest via the official campaign website (https://campaign.tropicanacorp.com.my/liveplus).
Step 2: Purchase and book a unit from any participating Tropicana project during the Campaign Period.
Step 3: Execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) within forty-five (45) days from booking date.
Step 4: Campaign entries will be allocated based on SPA signing date:
- SPA signed within 15 days: 10 entries
- SPA signed within 30 days: 5 entries
- SPA signed within 45 days: 1 entry
- SPA signed after 45 days: not eligible
Important: Latest booking date applies in case of cancellation, rebooking, or unit change.

E) LUCKY DRAW MECHANISM
1. Selection Process
- Winners selected via randomised lucky draw
- Based on total eligible entries accumulated
2. Multiple Draws
- Seasonal Prize winners remain eligible for Grand Prize draw
3. Multiple Unit Purchases
- Each unit provides separate entries based on SPA signing date
4. Joint Purchasers
- Only one nominee will represent all purchasers
5. Project Classification
- Participants compete based on project stated in SPA
- Project switch before SPA updates eligibility
6. Maintaining Eligibility
- Winner must remain valid purchaser until prize fulfilment
- Cancellation leads to disqualification
- Replacement winner may be selected
F) WINNER NOTIFICATION & REDEMPTION

1. Notification Method
- Via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or provided contact details
2. If Winner Cannot Be Contacted
- Three (3) contact attempts will be made
- Failure to respond results in disqualification
3. Prize Delivery
- Seasonal Prize: within 90 days of redemption confirmation
- Grand Prize: cashback within 6 months upon VP
G) GENERAL PRIZE TERMS
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- Seasonal Prize is not redeemable for cash
- Organiser may replace prizes of similar value if unavailable
- Taxes and charges are borne by winner
H) PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Participants consent to use of their data, name, and images for promotional purposes
without further notice or compensation.
I) GENERAL TERMS
1. Organiser’s Discretion
- All decisions are final and binding
2. Changes to Terms
- Organiser may modify terms without prior notice
3. Disqualification
- Non-compliance may result in disqualification
- Campaign may be modified or cancelled if necessary
4. Proof of Eligibility
- Participants may be required to verify eligibility
5. Conduct
- Participants must not bring Organiser into disrepute
6. Governing Law
- Governed by laws of Malaysia
7. Inconsistency
- These terms prevail over any other materials
8. Limitation of Liability
- Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or prizes
- Participants agree to indemnify the Organiser
9. Acceptance
- Participation confirms acceptance of these terms
