PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE CAMPAIGN (as defined below) AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING LEGAL TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS CAMPAIGN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PROCEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN.

A) BASIC TERMS

Campaign Period: 18th April 2026 to 30th June 2026

B) ELIGIBILITY

1. Eligible Participants

  • Eligible Participant(s) of the Campaign must be of legal age (eighteen [18] years and above) at the time of entry into the Campaign ("Eligible Participant(s)"), and;
  • Have a valid Malaysian NRIC (for Malaysians) or a valid passport (for foreign purchasers)

2. Unqualified Participants

  • Employees of Tropicana Group of Companies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members
  • Representatives, related companies, and business partners (including advertising, promotion, and PR agencies) of the Organiser
  • Any person who may bring disrepute to the Organiser or Campaign
  • Bankrupt persons or those under criminal investigation
  • Any other person deemed ineligible by the Organiser

C) HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Register interest via the official campaign website (https://campaign.tropicanacorp.com.my/liveplus).

Step 2: Purchase and book a unit from any of the participating Tropicana projects during the Campaign Period, subject to the Organiser's verification of the booking date.

Step 3: Execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchaser's first booking to qualify for campaign entry allocation.

Step 4: Campaign entries will be allocated based on the actual SPA signing date recorded in the Organiser's official system. The number of entries, which applies to both the Seasonal Prize and the Grand Prize, is as follows:

  • SPA signed within fifteen (15) days from booking date: ten (10) entries
  • SPA signed within thirty (30) days from booking date: five (5) entries
  • SPA signed within forty-five (45) days from booking date: one (1) entry
  • SPA signed after forty-five (45) days from booking date: not eligible

Important: In the event of cancellation, rebooking, unit change, or substitution, the latest booking date recorded in the Organiser's official system shall be deemed the official booking date for campaign and entry calculation purposes.

D) PRIZES

1. Seasonal Prize (Season 1: Live+ Escape)

• Return Flight Tickets (Domestic, incl. airport transfers)
• Meals
• Private Car with Driver throughout stay
Redemption Period Prize must be redeemed by 28 February 2027, subject to availability

2. Grand Prize

Winner One (1) winner PER participating project
Prize Prize equivalent to up to 50% of their property's purchase price
Payment Method The prize shall be applied as cashback, to be paid within six (6) months after Vacant Possession (VP) or upon full settlement of the purchase price of the property, including miscellaneous charges, pursuant to the terms of the SPA and DMC, whichever is later.

E) LUCKY DRAW MECHANISM

1. Selection Process

  • Winners for both Seasonal and Grand Prizes will be selected via randomised lucky draw
  • Draw is based on total eligible campaign entries accumulated by participants

2. Multiple Draws

  • Seasonal Prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw

3. Multiple Unit Purchases

  • Each eligible property unit purchased will provide a separate campaign entry (For example, if 2 units purchased, buyer will receive entries for both units (based on each unit's SPA signing date)).

4. Joint Purchasers

  • For joint purchasers, only one (1) purchaser shall be nominated as Campaign participant
  • This nominee represents all purchasers for entry allocation and prize redemption

5. Project Classification

  • You will compete for the Grand Prize of the project of you purchased unit as stated in your signed SPA
  • If you switch projects before signing SPA, you will be qualified for the new project's Grand Prize

6. Maintaining Eligibility

  • Winner must remain a valid purchaser at time of prize fulfilment
  • If booking/SPA is cancelled before prize fulfilment, winner will be disqualified
  • In the event of disqualification, the organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner

F) WINNER NOTIFICATION & REDEMPTION

Prize Selection & Notification
Seasonal Prize Within 10 working days after the 45-day Campaign Period ends
Grand Prize Within 10 working days after all campaign phases complete

1. Notification Method

  • Organiser will contact winners via details provided at the time of participating the campaign which may include SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or other means via the details provided.

2. If Winner Cannot Be Contacted

  • Organiser will attempt three (3) times
  • If still uncontactable, winner will be disqualified
  • Organiser will not be liable for any failure of receipt or delayed delivery of notification

3. Prize Delivery

  • Seasonal Prize: Within 90 days from winner's selection of prize, subject to availability
  • Grand Prize: Applied as cashback, to be paid within 6 months upon Vacant Possession ("VP").

G) GENERAL PRIZE TERMS

  • All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless determined otherwise by Organiser
  • The Seasonal Prize is not redeemable for cash.
  • The Grand Prize shall be delivered as cashback within 6 months upon Vacant Possession (VP) as stated in Clause D(2).
  • Organiser reserves right to replace prize with another of similar value if published prize becomes unavailable
  • Any taxes, duties, or additional charges arising from acceptance/use of prize shall be borne solely by winner

H) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING STATEMENT RELATING TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT(S) ("Notice") IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2010 ("PDPA") AND PUBLICITY

1. The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") governs the processing of the Eligible Participant(s)' personal data ("Personal Data") by the Organiser. A notice will be issued to the Eligible Participant(s) to inform that on the basis upon which their personal data is collected, used and processed by the Organiser.

2. Purpose: All information (including personal data) submitted by the Eligible Participant(s) in their participation of the Campaign shall be processed by the Organiser in accordance with PDPA and the Eligible Participant(s) irrevocably and unconditionally consent and permit the Organiser to use, publish or feature the Eligible Participant(s)' details and/or their pictures (which may include the Eligible Participant(s)' name, statements about the Campaign or any of its related matter) without further notice or compensation for publicity, advertising or any other related purposes in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to any of the Organiser's publications, websites and/or any promotional materials connected to the Campaign.

I) GENERAL TERMS

1. Organiser's Discretion

  • Organiser shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine on any ambiguity, uncertainty, or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
  • All decisions made by the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding

2. Changes to Terms

  • Organiser reserves right to vary, modify or change these terms at any time without prior notice

3. Disqualification

  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or provides incomplete or inaccurate information
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control
  • No participant shall be entitled to any compensation, claim or damages arising from such modification, suspension or cancellation of the Campaign changes

4. Proof of Eligibility

  • The Organiser reserves the right to require Participants to submit further proof of eligibility
  • Failure to do so upon request may result in immediate disqualification

5. Conduct

  • Participants shall not bring the Organiser into disrepute or make negative public statements about the Campaign

6. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by laws of Malaysia

7. Inconsistency

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these terms conflict with any publicity collateral, these terms shall prevail

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Organiser shall not be liable for loss of life, injury, damage, loss, cost, of any nature whatsoever suffered or incurred by any participant arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or the acceptance or use of any prize.
  • Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Organiser harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with their participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any prize.

9. Acceptance

  • By participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions (as varied)
